The Working Group Reference Management designs and coordinates the range of services in reference management of the University Library of Berne. Team members conduct training on the reference management software and maintain support for the members of the University of Berne in EndNote, Citavi, Zotero and Mendeley.  The team is organisationally affiliated with the department of information literacy at the University Library of Berne.
